About Petite Plage 5:
On a small private road at the far end of Grand Case is Petite Plage 5, an oasis of tranquility overlaid with contemporary style.
The entrance is lined with beautiful palms and tropical foliage. A columned portico brings you into the grand landscaped courtyard, flanked by covered cloister walkways surrounding the entrance. Pools frame the walkway setting the stage for a stunning view of the sapphire sea, Caribbean sky, stately palms, and Anguilla in the distance. Step outside to the villa's main terrace and you find yourself looking out to Petite Plage beach, accessible down a short staircase.
The interior spaces are spacious and airy; completely air-conditioned or fully open to the sea breeze. Travertine floors flow inside to outside. Sleek furnishings in black, white, reds, and light teak define the seating and dining areas, complemented by contemporary accessories and art. The villa has two state of the art AV/media systems; one in the living room and one in a separate media room with an adjacent private office. A superb chef's kitchen, in blond, steel, and black, opens to the sea views and both the indoor and outdoor dining areas.
Covered and open terraces span the length of this estate villa. The large horseshoe-shaped heated pool sits at the sea's edge. In the center of the horseshoe is a covered loggia for relaxing by the pool. A hot tub sits near sits nearby for ultimate relaxation. Additionally, the villa also has an onsite manager skilled in taking care of your needs and easy access down the beach to Grand Case Beach Club restaurant and bar.
Five of the six-bedroom suites have sea views. All bedrooms have refrigerators, Wi-Fi, and flat-screen TVs. Five suites are at ground level. The master suite, with a large private terrace overlooking the sea, sits in a private oasis at the top of a marble staircase. Every bedroom has a stylish and unique decor plus stunning spa-style bathrooms in a mix of luxury surfaces. Several bathrooms have fantastic tubs and outdoor showers. One has wheelchair access. The sixth bedroom is in a private casita off the courtyard.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by
Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank
wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to
arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to

100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to

For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of
arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency
insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other
avenues.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
