On the first level, behind the living room, you will find an office with a beautiful staircase leading to the master bedroom with double bathroom and superb marble design and private dressing rooms.
The living room gives access to the wooden terrace with heated swimming pool, as well as the outdoor dining room. From here you can also access the Jacuzzi and the indoor gym with massage room. It also has a games room and an air-conditioned TV room.
Ciel D’Azur has a breathtaking view of Anse des Cayes, it is ideal for enjoying a stay with friends.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellation requests must be sent by email to reservations@privatevillarentals.com
30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
