This unique villa high on a hill offers unparalleled views and privacy. One can see in all directions – the Caribbean Sea, the Atlantic Ocean, Mount Royal, the Southern Grenadine Islands the golf course and the entire length of Canouan Island.

This stunning 4.2 acre estate features four private bedroom cottages. Each cottage is 111 sq meters with a bedroom, bathroom, sitting room and a large verandah, making it a complete escape for a couple or small family. Each cottage has two TV’s, a sound system, a desk with telephone and wireless internet connection, a refrigerator and coffeemaker.

The main entertainment area includes a great room with walls that slide open to a large verandah, an infinity pool 18 meters long, sun deck, two-story Gazebo and a fully equipped outdoor bar and grill – perfect for enjoying the view, hosting a cocktail party or soaking up the Caribbean sun. A world-class sound system provides music throughout.

There are two dining areas. One can dine outside in the gazebo on in the formal dining room. Each seats 12.

There is also a media room which offers a large TV and a desk with telephone and fax machine in case you want to bring your work with you. The entire house has wireless access to the internet.

The gardens surrounding the Il Sogno property are second to none. Planned down to the last detail, these gardens are designed to bloom in every season – surrounding every room with vibrant colours. Also planted on the property are banana, plantain, lime, orange, grapefruit, mango, papaya, breadfruit, avocado and fig trees. At Il Sogno this commitment to freshness carries through to the fresh food that is served – including vegetables that comes from the islands hydroponic and organic greenhouses.
