Per TICO regulations client understands that Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation insurance or any medical or emergency expense insurance. However, this is available through other avenues and strongly recommended.
Should the Turks and Caicos borders be closed to international travel due to COVID-19 within 60 days of travel, the Client will be eligible for a refund less $400 admin fee or travel credit. We strongly recommend that the Client obtains suitable travel insurance to guard against the cost of unexpected cancellations.
For any reservations cancelled before 60 days prior to arrival, the Client is eligible for a full refund less an administration fee of $400. In no event, however, will a refund be made for any cancellation made within 60 days of the scheduled arrival date

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by
Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank
