two cottages and Hillaby House there are twelve spacious suites for up to 30
guests. The seaside offers numerous possibilities for formal or informal dining,
entertainment or tranquil relaxation. Set amongst lily ponds, lawns and lovingly
tended gardens, our neighbouring land side houses a large games room, home
cinema, spa room, fully equipped gym, conference room and a floodlit US Open

Payment by the Client to the Company of a deposit equal to 50% of the total rental fee is
required to confirm a reservation, and payment of the remaining 50% is required 90 days prior
to the Client’s arrival. Payment may be made by telegraphic transfer or international money
order or credit card, (card fees of 3% are applicable). Where a booking is requested 90 days
or less before the Client’s arrival date, full payment must be made to secure the booking. If
full payment is not made 90 days prior to the arrival of the Client, the Company reserves
the right to cancel the booking, and the Client will forfeit the deposit paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
1a. Where cancellation is unrelated to COVID-19 our normal cancellation policy will apply,
and the Company will require ninety days (90) days prior written notice of any
cancellation. If a booking is cancelled more than ninety (90) days prior to the Client’s
arrival, 50% percent of the deposit will be returned to the Client. Should a booking be
cancelled in less than ninety (90) days prior to the client’s arrival, the full fee paid by the
client is forfeited and we shall be entitled to retain the same.
1b. Where cancellation is caused by any reason associated with the COVID-19
pandemic/virus that restricts, prevents, or prohibits the Client from being able to use the
Villa in accordance with the terms of the Agreement due to no fault of his/her or their own,
then this clause 1b shall apply as set out below.
Where notice of cancellation is given in writing of a cancellation for all or part of the
remaining tenancy less than thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the Company agrees to
extend credit to the Client for the unused nights for a future stay to be used within twelve
months in the same property.
EXCEPTIONS
If for any reason, the Client refuses or is unable to use the Villa in accordance with the terms
of the Agreement, and the full rental fee is retained by the Company under clause 1a or 1b,
then should the Company re-let the Villa during all or any part of the rental period, the
Client shall be refunded the difference between the amount paid by the Client to the
Company and the amount received by the Company on the re-letting.
COVID-19
The client hereby acknowledges and accepts that there are mandatory Government
protocols in place designed to control the spread of COVID-19. These protocols are set out
in The Emergency Management (COVID 19) Orders. The client further agrees to abide by all
continuing mandates of The Barbados Government these mandates are updated frequently,
and we recommend that you are aware of the latest directives before travel. The client
understands and accepts that in certain circumstances, these protocols may alter the use of
The Villa.
Guests may be required to wear a mask when leaving the property and if visiting public
venues throughout the island, they may be required to submit to a temperature check and
provide their contact details.
In the event that one of your party tests positive for COVID-19 and are asymptomatic, they
will have to self-isolate if they are to remain at the Villa. Self- Isolation means that they
must stay only in their designated room. Meals will be brought to the room and left outside.
No staff member or any other persons is permitted to enter the room without the permission
of the Ministry of Health so we will be unable to service the room. We will make provision
for the safe collection of laundry, and the provision of fresh towels and linens. If one of your
party tests positive for COVID-19 and are symptomatic, they may be required by law to
transfer to an appropriate medical facility. The Barbados Ministry of Health governs all of
these decisions.
50% Deposit at time of reservation. Final payment due 90 days prior to arrival. All deposits are
final and non-
refundable. We accept cheque or bank transfer to our TICO Travel Industry Trust
Account.
All Christmas and New Years “Festive Season” Reservations booked between December 14-January 10
are
non-refundable.
