The property was renovated at the end of 2021 and the owners have created a clean and inviting space perfect for small groups or an intimate getaway. The entire home is airconditioned for added convenience but guests staying at Porters Gate 19 can open the large doors to the patio and enjoy the cool Caribbean breezes that make your island holiday that much more special.
Both bedrooms are located on the top floor and offer ensuite bathrooms, high ceilings and tons of natural light. The main living room area is an open plan layout that flows onto the covered patio where you can enjoy dining with friends or relaxing in the outside garden and taking in the sun.
Guests staying within Porters Gate can enjoy full use of the onsite tennis courts, large communal swimming pool with sun loungers and onsite clubhouse. Lime Grove, 2nd Street and many other places perfect for dining and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away as well as excellent swimming at Folkstone Marine Park and Glitter Bay Beach.

30% of the total reservation including all taxes and fees is due at the time of booking and payable by Visa or MasterCard. Balance is due 90 days prior to date of arrival and can be paid by cheque or bank wire transfer to Private Villa Rentals.
Cancellation Policy

30% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 days or more prior to arrival date
50% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made 60 to 45 days prior to arrival date
100% of the gross reservation is non-refundable for cancellation requests made within 45 days prior to arrival date
For Festive Season reservations (December 18-January 8) full payment is due 60 days prior to date of arrival and is 100% non-refundable.
Per TICO regulations Private Villa Rentals does not offer travel cancellation or medical | emergency insurance, however, purchase by travellers is highly recommended and available through other avenues.
