Special requests tailored to each guest’s experience are always welcome. Outside, the expansive deck stretches towards the sea, with a lush lawn spanning the gap between villa and sea. A pool sits nestled into the deck, a square fountain across the walkway and a hot tub nearby. Grilling on the BBQ is an easy way to feed large groups, and there’s dining tables inside and out for guests to enjoy their meals around. Lay out on one of the loungers or relax into the day bed up on the balcony to soak up the tropical sunshine. Manicured hedges border the perimeter and sit between Champagne Shores and its sister villa, Beaches Edge East.
The airy Great Room incorporates the lounge and dining area into one space and opens to the terrace and front courtyard. Guests can watch TV from either of the sitting areas, or feast around the glass-topped dining table. All rates include exclusive use of the villa, their grounds and facilities and full service of the staff. Reservations are required to be secured by a 50% deposit within 7 days after making a reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to guests arrival. For reservations in the Festive Season the balance is due by September 01st. Deposits are nonrefundable. The Management Company reserves the right to cancel the booking if payment is not received by the due dates listed. There will be no refunds made for no-shows, late arrivals, early departures or weather related problems. Please purchase travel insurance to avoid those unforeseen moments.
