Entry columns and a Danish-brick driveway greets you as your arrive into this beautiful tropical oasis. Flanked by palm trees you are guided up to the South Veranda of this magnificent villa.

A large coral stone entry hall with its signature curved mahogany staircase looks through to ocean views. Arched doors lead into living room with its library of leather-bound books, game table, comfortable seating and English trolley bar. A powder room is located off the back hall.

The formal air-conditioned dining room which can also serve as a conference room seats up to 14 persons and offers views of the sea. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator and under-counter freezers, gas stove and breakfast room, with flat screen TV. French doors leads you out to the poolside covered veranda and the Caribbean Sea below.

The inviting 40ft heated pool is surrounded by the superb landscaping with tiered Danish brick planters surrounding the house. Palm trees, soursop and banana and lime trees, and night blooming jasmine and plumbago are just a few of the trees that surround you. Mango Hill is undisputedly the premier rental property on St. Croix.

There are four air-conditioned, oversized en-suite bedrooms: three in the Great house, one in the adjacent Guest House. There are two king bedrooms, one queen bedroom, and one with two twins that can be converted to king. All three bedrooms in the great house have breath-taking sea views, tray ceilings and French doors opening onto seating areas on a covered 12-foot deep porch.

The en-suite bathrooms all have fabulous water views, and feature tumbled marble, limestone sinks and blue granite counters. The crÃ¨me de la crÃ¨me of it all the master bedroom is beautifully furnished and has a separate sitting room with a daybed along with a flat screen television.

The property is conveniently located next to the Buccaneer Hotel and Resort, which offers tennis, golf, beaches, restaurants and spa facilities. The city of Christiansted with fine galleries, shops and restaurants is a five minute drive: the airport is a 25 minute drive, the seaplane a 10 minute drive.

Refundable Damage Deposit $1000.00 Tax 12.500% Children 6 and over please. Children younger than 6 years may be accepted with a waiver, if traveling with a nanny or babysitter. Pool can be heated with advance notice for $750 per week. Housekeeping is provided once per week.
